License what you use — nothing else

Every UniSentinel module is a complete product on a shared platform foundation. Licensing is per module and sales-led — on cloud SaaS, on-prem Linux, or Windows Server, the model stays the same.

Licensing

Three ways to license UniSentinel

Start with one module, grow into a bundle, or run the full suite. Pricing is per module and agreed with our sales team — your order form reflects exactly what you license, nothing more.

Single module

Per module

Start with the module you need most — a complete product on day one, with the full platform foundation included.

  • Any one of the seven modules — your choice
  • Full platform foundation: RBAC, immutable audit log, dashboards, reports, settings
  • Built-in fallbacks keep every workflow complete standalone
  • Deploy on cloud, on-prem Linux or Windows Server
  • Add modules later — your data is promoted automatically

Module bundle

Per module, bundled

License several modules together and the integrations between them light up automatically — like the Risk Management + Service Catalog + Tasks & Activities trio.

  • Several modules under one agreement — e.g. Risk Management + Service Catalog + Tasks & Activities
  • Cross-module integrations activate the moment both sides are licensed
  • Guided promotion of any standalone data — nothing retyped, nothing lost
  • One login and one app drawer across every module
  • Everything in Single module

Full suite

Custom

All seven modules plus enterprise depth — for complete governance, risk and compliance programs.

  • All seven modules, from Service Catalog to Management Hub
  • Every integration point live — no fallbacks left anywhere
  • The executive layer: strategic objectives, committees and board-ready reporting
  • Seats and terms tailored on your order form
  • Ed25519-signed license file, verified fully offline, for isolated on-prem environments

The platform foundation — granular RBAC, the immutable audit log, dashboards, reports and settings — is included with any module.

Modular by design

Why per-module licensing actually works here

Modularity isn't a pricing slogan — it's an engineering pattern enforced at every integration point.

Every module is a complete product

License any single module and you get a full working lifecycle from day one — no other module required, no features quietly missing.

Built-in fallbacks, not broken features

When a counterpart module isn't licensed, a lightweight built-in substitute takes its place — local scope lists, built-in checklists — deliberately shaped so it can be promoted later.

Automatic data promotion

License a missing module later and a guided wizard promotes your standalone data into real entities — with assisted matching and a dry-run preview, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.

See what you're missing — literally

Unlicensed modules stay visible in the app drawer, greyed and locked, so your team can discover what the platform can do — and reaching sales is one click away.

Licensing mechanics

Honest licensing on every deployment

The same per-module model wherever you run UniSentinel — only the delivery mechanics differ.

  • Cloud: module entitlements applied to your workspace — status, seats and expiry managed for you.
  • On-prem: an Ed25519-signed license file uploaded in settings and verified offline against a public key baked into the build — no phone-home, ever.
  • Expiry is graceful: a grace period first, then read-only mode — your data is never held hostage.
  • A full workspace export — a JSON/CSV bundle of your data — is available anytime, on any plan.
  • Seats live inside the same entitlement and are sized on your order form.

Frequently asked questions

Can we really start with just one module?

Yes — that is the model. Every module ships complete, with built-in fallbacks for anything a missing counterpart would normally provide: local scope lists, built-in checklists, free-text references. When you license more modules, the integrations activate and a guided wizard promotes your standalone data.

What happens when a license expires?

Nothing dramatic. You get a grace period first; after it, the workspace switches to read-only mode — you can still see and export everything. Your data is never locked in, and a full workspace export (JSON/CSV) remains available at any time.

Does on-prem pricing differ from cloud?

The model is the same everywhere: per module, agreed with sales. What differs is the mechanics — cloud uses workspace entitlements managed for you, while on-prem uses an Ed25519-signed license file verified offline. Your order form sets out the exact terms for your deployment; contact sales for a quote.

How do seats work?

Seats are part of your entitlement — held in the workspace entitlement on cloud, and inside the signed license file on-prem. How they are counted and sized is defined per order form, so talk to sales about the shape that fits your team.

Can we move from cloud to on-prem later?

Yes. UniSentinel is the same product with the same data model on every deployment option, and the workspace export exists precisely for data portability. Contact sales to plan the move — your modules carry over to an Ed25519-signed license file on your own Linux or Windows Server environment.
