About UniSentinel

A GRC platform built like the programs it runs

UniSentinel exists because governance, risk and compliance teams deserve better than spreadsheets stitched to portals. We build a modular platform the way a real program works: everything linked, everything provable, running wherever your policies say it must.

What we believe

A compliance program is not a spreadsheet

It is a living web of risks, controls, requirements, work and decisions — and the connections are the substance. A tool worthy of that program holds the whole picture and proves it on demand.

  • Every risk should trace to the controls that mitigate it, the work that treats it, and the decision that accepted what remains.
  • Every control should know which requirements it satisfies and what evidence stands behind it.
  • Every decision should be recorded — who approved it, when, and on what grounds — without anyone having to remember to write it down.
  • And when the auditor asks, the answer should be a query, not a week of reconstruction.

How we build

The discipline behind the product

A modular platform only stays honest if the engineering enforces it. Four rules do.

  1. 01

    Platform first

Primitives like permissions, approvals, audit logging, links and reporting are built once at the platform layer — and every module inherits them instead of reinventing them.

  2. 02

    Contracts, not shortcuts

Modules never reach into each other's code. They integrate only through named contracts and events, so the ecosystem grows without tangling.

  3. 03

    Standalone, with a path up

Every integration ships with a built-in fallback for standalone use — and a promotion path that upgrades your data when the counterpart module arrives. Nothing retyped, nothing lost.

  4. 04

    Done means reviewed

Nothing is “done” because the build is green. A feature is finished when it survives a real hands-on review — used end to end, the way you will use it.

Frequently asked questions

Is UniSentinel really modular, or a bundle in disguise?

Really modular. Each module ships with its full lifecycle, its own dashboards and reports, and built-in fallbacks for every integration — licensing one module gets you a complete product. Add another later and your existing data is promoted automatically, not retyped.

Is on-prem a first-class citizen?

Yes — it is the same product, not a port. Cloud, on-prem Linux and Windows Server run the same code with the same features, and the Windows path is tested in CI on every change. Your servers, your data, full capability.

How do we start?

Pick the module where the pain is sharpest, choose how you want to deploy, and talk to us. Pricing is per module, so you can start with one and grow into the ecosystem at your own pace — the first step stays small.
